diferente, algo acima de dez anos por exemplo, pertencem a gerações diferentes.
Testemunharam e vivenciaram situações muito diversas, absorveram informações
pertinentes e pertencentes a aquele momento ou fase de vida, examinando a
realidade com filtros diferentes. Sofreram dificuldades em diferentes níveis de
complexidade, podendo uma delas contar com mais maturidade e a outra com maior
capacidade de adaptação no mesmo quesito. O que realmente difere entre duas
pessoas no relacionamento é a clareza com que se lê a realidade, a clareza com
que se pensa em soluções eficientes, a clareza com que se lida com as emoções
que respondem à cada situação de desafio. A idade interfere na capacidade de
ouvir com mais clareza ou menos clareza.

over ten years for example, belong to different generations. Witnessed and
experienced very different situations, absorbing relevant information
pertaining to that moment or stage of life, looking at reality with different
filters. They suffered difficulties at different levels of complexity, which
one would expect more maturity and the other with greater ability to adapt in
the same regard. What really differs between two people in the relationship is
the clarity with which they read reality, the clarity with which one thinks of
efficient solutions, the clarity with which they deal with the emotions that
respond to every challenging situation. Age interferes with the ability to
listen more clearly or less clearly.
