se destruindo pela boca, pelo olhar incapacitado de comer apenas com fome, pela
gula nervosa dos tempos modernos, pela fome ilógica. Sua saúde não deve ser
negociável. Seu estômago não é depósito de lixo. Sua dieta precisa ser o mais
natural possível, pois você é natural e natureza. Seu corpo vai acumular tudo o
que não foi desenhado para ele absorver e as consequências serão envelhecimento
celular e morte prematura. Se nos afastarmos da lógica natural da alimentação
estaremos nos transformando em urubus mamíferos.
