NOVA GUINÉ

Nomear é algo estranho mesmo, depende de quem dá os nomes. Dizer que um país é mais civilizado do que outro, por exemplo, ocorre em erros seríssimos. Nossa sociedade se comporta como a mais desumana possível por valorizar a tecnologia e o dinheiro e por desprezar os relacionamentos saudáveis.

Na Nova Guiné existe a cultura generalizada da reconciliação. Num  dado acidente, em vez da família da vítima ir à justiça ou brigar com os causadores da morte, eles se sentam para compartilhar um jantar, chorar juntos a perda e as fatalidades da vida. No final eles se perdoam, pois expandem a percepção da própria humanidade. Não é a toa que neste país existem níveis bem baixos de estresse.

Naming is something strange. It depends on who gives the names. To say that a country is more civilized than others, for example, occurs in very serious mistakes. Our society behaves as the most inhuman possible to value the technology and money and despise healthy relationships.

In New Guinea there is a widespread culture of reconciliation. At one given accident , rather than the victim's family go to court and fight the cause of death, they sit down to share a dinner and cry together to accept loss and the fatalities of life. In the end they support each other because they expand the perception of humanity. It is not for nothing that in this country they have a very low level of stress.
